About the job:

As a Business Development Representative, you are a hunter. After successfully describing our powerful tools at a high level, you will set up meetings for senior leaders and account executives to do product demos and convert clients. You will learn about consultative selling, understand business challenges of prospects, and empower agencies and resellers to use Brizy’s website builder tools to get online. You will cold-call a lot and weather all challenges that come with it in an independent fashion.

Job responsabilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline, targeting agencies and web professionals.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media, prospecting tools) to understand their needs and introduce them to Brizy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Over time, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively showcasing the features, benefits, and value of Brizy.io

About you:

  • You are a people-person and not shy to speak up.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You possess strong persuasion skills.
  • You prefer working independently over being handheld along every step of the way.

  • Previous SaaS experience is an advantage, but there are many pathways to sales success!
  • Ready to reach out cold via email, phone, LinkedIn and other sales channels and to hit quotas each month.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with website design, development, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (we use Close.com) and other sales tools to manage and track leads and opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Candidates that have access to and experience with any professional sales tools (Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, UpLead, Hunter, Builtwith.com, Outreach) will be given preference.

About The Job:

As an Account Executive, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Brizy products.
  • Close deals with qualified leads and generate new outbound qualified leads.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM
  • Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions. 
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to our product team.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role in SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
