Brizy White Label and Enterprise FAQ for Agencies and SaaS Businesses

1. Editor & Customization Features

Can Brizy be an email builder?

No. Brizy is focused on web page and site creation rather than email templates.

Can we do a global front-end script on the backend and in the template source code to achieve full support for Arabic RTL?

We’re actively enhancing Brizy CMS and the editor for right-to-left languages. Full RTL compatibility is in testing and we hope it will be available within the next month.

Is there a global script in the cloud so that users can inject HTML, CSS and JS in existing templates?

Yes. Enterprise plans include an API-based feature that lets you inject any custom HTML, CSS or JavaScript across your projects.

Can widgets be added to a website created with Brizy, for example a widget that displays customers’ Google reviews?

While there isn’t a native Google Reviews widget yet, you can embed any third-party widget via the Embed element. We also plan to offer popular review widgets like Google Review soon.

In Brizy White Label, can the email sent to the customer be customized?

Not yet. Email template customization is on our roadmap for the new Cloud dashboard, planned for late 2025 or early 2026.

2. Integrations & Add-Ons

Is there any WHMCS integration in Brizy Cloud?

WHMCS modules are currently in development and will be finalized by the end of summer 2025.

Is Brizy Shops available for all Brizy plans?

Yes. Brizy Shops is a Cloud add-on you can enable on any Cloud plan, per website.

How do I activate Brizy Shops in my White Label account?

By default it’s switched off. To enable it, email onboarding@brizy.io and click “Start Migrating Now” in your dashboard ribbon and follow the steps.

3. Trials, Renewals & Pricing

Is there going to be a 14-day trial functionality in the White Label plans?

Not currently. Adding a 14-day free trial to Brizy Cloud White Label is on our roadmap for later this year.

Do I lose access to my Brizy Cloud White Label account if I miss the renewal payment?

We send multiple reminders before any payment fails. If renewal still fails, access is paused until payment is resolved, just like other SaaS products.

What are the prices for Brizy White Label SaaS and the AI builder?

Compare all White Label plan features on our pricing page. The AI builder is included in every Brizy Cloud plan. For reseller pricing or custom SaaS integrations, contact sales@brizy.io.

Are there any offers for Brizy Local?

Yes: sign a contract by July 31, 2025 and receive 30% off the first 12 months.

4. Enterprise Plan Capabilities

Clients invited as members inside the Cloud White Label dashboard, can they create their own projects or websites?

If they’re assigned the Manager role, they can create their own projects and websites. See our members documentation for details.

Can I offer custom blocks and style kits, not just starter templates, within the Enterprise plan?

Absolutely. Enterprise subscribers can build and deploy their own style kits and layouts directly in the builder.

Can I use my own billing solution?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes a billing-API integration so you can connect your existing invoicing system.

Can I create and offer my own starter templates?

Yes. You have full control over starter templates in the Enterprise plan.

How do Enterprise commercials work?

There’s a monthly platform-access fee plus a per-website monthly charge. For a tailored quote, contact sales@brizy.io

5. Onboarding & Migration

If I have a White Label account with a deprecated format for my projects, what do I need to do in order to activate Brizy Shops?

You’ll need to migrate to our new CMS project format. The process is almost fully automated: click “Start Migrating Now” in Brizy Cloud. This also unlocks new features like blogging, multilingual support and the AI builder. Check the available documentation here.

How does onboarding work?

In the first 3–4 days, our onboarding team works with you to set up branding, domains and basic configuration. The speed depends on how quickly you provide necessary details. Enterprise partners then proceed to technical integration, which can take 2–3 weeks depending on your resources.

What if I’m switching from a different provider? Can we bring sites over to Brizy Cloud?

Yes. Our migration team has onboarded thousands of sites. Migration pricing is based on volume, complexity and page count. For a custom quote, contact sales@brizy.io
